Buttercup has a light brown silky coat. As all Rhodesian Ridgebacks she supports a dorsal stripe down her back. Her ears are slightly black down the middle of each one. Around her nose is a mixture of black and brown. She can also be noticed by her white spot of her chest between her shoulders. Her tail is long and skinny it is also very, very soft.

Buttercup has bright creamy brown eyes that sparkle in the sun and moon light. At the end of each of her paws is a crisp white strip of fur. Her nose is black and shinny any form of light will pick it out.
