Standing at 32’ inches at the withers and weighing nearly 160 pounds, Greyback is a big boy. His large build makes him intimidating to any passerby. His large, but slender body is great for getting where he needs to be. He can easily hide beneath a bush and slink between tree trunks. The look of him just tells you he’s all wolf, and all business.
Greyback’s most stunning feature is his large eyes. They stare you down until you are literally begging for mercy. They have that effect on people so watch out. They are stunning yet scary. You call tell there is a fire burning within and if you’re not careful the fire might take you out.
Greyback’s coat is a mixture of dark and light greys. They all blend perfectly and help to keep him out of site. The fur has a soft yet wiry texture to it. It lays flat against his body. His tail lays flat across his haunches and is rarely seen out of that position. He bears a black nose and a fierce expression. Serious and thinking about what he can take over next.
Personality:
Greyback is like any other wolf. He is swift, cunning, and a strong fighter. He has lived most of his life alone, he does not see other wolves as friends but enemies. He never has told his growing pack this but he sees them as tools for the time being. They are just there to be used how he wants, like puppets on thin strings. Dogs are greatly disliked by Greyback. They think there all high and mighty. It's enough to make him tare them apart limb from limb. Not all dogs are like that of course but they all are the same in the eyes of a great wolf like Greyback. He however, does accept a select few to join him in his pack of tools. They are useful when he is trying to wiggle out information from dogs.
Being a wolf fighting is a walk in the park. Wolves would never back down from a reason to fight, this also goes for Greyback. He is a great fighter to anyone willing to take him on. This would be a foolish choice however, Greyback has been known to fight to the death and guess who has always won. He is a very big wolf so his size is intimidating. He is a bloodthirsty killer, so don't pick a fight with him nor cross his path, it may be the last thing you ever do.
Greyback is also very sly. A real sneak, both when hunting or even in conversation. He has the tendency to trick others into doing different things. Usually this action he tricks others into is great entertainment for himself. Seeing others suffer is one of his favorite activities. He is not afraid to enter a foreign pack’s territory or anywhere else and grab a bite to eat. He sees no challenge. He walks right onto the territory and takes down a deer or two and he is on his way. He may run into a couple of dogs, but it does not faze him what so ever. He would take down a group of dogs just to get the satisfaction of both an unfair fight and a couple of deer in his tummy.
History:
Greybacks history preserves nothing he regrets. He was born in a cave just on the outskirts of Town. He had one brother and a sister. They have all went there separate ways but they still see each other every now and again. He stayed with his mother till he was nearly two years old. Then he was told to leave and venture out on his own. This was the time Greyback had been waiting for all his life, freedom. Freedom to do as he pleases. Freedom to claim something as his own. Freedom to take care of himself as his wishes.
He has lived all around the area since then. He never had a mate, please that would stop his glory, the glory of winning fights that he would not have time for with a mate. No he reined alone. Alone, where no one could stop him from doing what his freedom entailed. He has made a pack though. A pack of “tools” he uses to defeat others. He believes in torturing and every canine for itself. He sees no mercy and gives none out. If you beg he may play with you, but never will he release you from your fate. He shall continue running a muck in the world till the day he leaves it. Beware or you shall never see the light of day again in your lifetime.
