She couldn't help but smiled, she put all her weight on her four legs and wagged her tail, she had to tell herself not to act like a puppy. She nodded when she watched him, she followed him. "I hope you don't mind me, sometimes if im really happy, id play with another dog. Makes me kind of a dog never knowing how to act. She had been alone for a very long time "i like this feeling, after my parents died from a rouge group, this is the first time ive been happy"
Orien loved how happy Snow seemed to be now, and his black tail swished back and forth slightly as he padded across town, toward his home.
"I don't mind at all." He said, pleased that she was happy. He felt slightly saddened at her confession of her parent's, wondering vaguely how old she had been when they had died.
"You must have had a very hard life then," He said, looking over his shoulder "If this is the first time you've felt happy. "I am sorry about your parents." He said solemnly.
He rounded a corner and stopped suddenly in front of his home. They were standing under a street light and the alley opened just past it.
"Well, follow me if you want to see it." He said, padding into the alley way. "It's warm, dry, and offers good protection from anything you could imagine."
After Orien had occupied the space, the rats had also left. Or he had eaten them all.
His own nest was under the metal porch of one of the abandoned back doors. He had a few blankets that he had found in various places, but otherwise nothing much.
He nodded at the stairs and the open door above it. "My den." He indicated the blankets. "And hunting grounds." He indicated the open door. The alley may be clean, but the building was practically infested.
